Modern heat mangle
Esteri E2 200.30 is a modern and smart mangle. The microprocessor is connected to a sustainable mechanic which makes the mangle effective and maintenance free.
Trustable structure
The roller is padded with steel wool, the paving is a very temperature proof Nomex cloth (250 g/m2). The roller has two sensors, which guarantees a constant temperature on the whole roller. A sturdy mechanical structure holds the machines frame in its form. Frequency changed motor.
Maintenance friendly
The electrical parts are concentrated to the ends of the machine. The ends plastic ABS cover panels can quickly be removed, therefore the machine can be maintained quickly. The main components are fuse protected, protects the circuit card in short circuit circumstances.
Detachable roller
The detachable roller ease the maintenance of the roller and channel. Removing the roller takes maximum 20 minutes. Minimizes the production interruption and reduces maintenance costs.
User friendly
Clear and user friendly display. You can adjust the temperature and the speed of the roller stepless. Usage is selectable: manual or saved programs. You can save up to 50 programs to memory. The pause function saves energy. The diverse repertory quides in usage and with problems. Controlling the channel by foot: press one time to lower the channel down, press a second time to lift the channel up. The input plate and the outcoming channel helps to handle the textile during the mangeling.
Effective
Stepless speed adjustment enables to mangle unevenly damp textiles. A thermostat equipped with two sensors keeps the roller at the same temperature everywhere. Roller vacuum speeds up the fading of the dampness from the roller and lifts the mangeling power.
Safe to use
Footpedal the same width as the roller leaves the hands free to handle the textile. Finger protector stops the roller and lifts the heat channel up immediately when fingers are too close to the channel. Emergency stop button stops the mangles every function immediately. The channels emergency lift is directly available, no tools are needed to use the system. Ergonomic and round form increases the comfort when using the mangle.
